For Sale and Lease: 
We are always offering many horses for sale, including our school horses. At times, prices for some horses are not publicly available, but will be provided to you upon request.

Horses listed change often. To see the most current list and price at all times, please click the link. We average selling 2-4 horses per month and it is our policy to keep them listed until the day that the ownership is transferred. If you see a horse that strikes your fancy, please contact us immediately. We have been noticing a trend that the horses are only lasting in our sale barn for 1-3 months.
Pferd Stables will offer short term on-site leases on some of our sale horses to assure a fit with the future buyer. The lessee must take lessons on that horse to continue the training process. We take a lot of pride in matching our horses with good owners and value each and every horse that comes into our barn. Lease prices range from $250 - $500 per month. 

We have an open door policy with our sale horses. Buyers are permitted to come out and see our horses anytime. Please understand that most of our horses are in lessons and are used on a daily basis. We condition them for this and if you would like to try one, it is best to schedule an appointment a few hours in advance so that our instructors can make arrangements with the lesson plans. We use our horses until the day they sell and the way we afford the sale barn is by keeping the horses in constant work. Please understand that because we have frequent buyers coming out, we do not send our horses out on trial.
